Petrol or diesel?
If petrol, I can't help.
If diesel then you have a fuel problem. disconnect the tank to filter line at the no1 filter (2filters) and check the flow. If the flow is a steady full pipe the you probably have clogged filters.Change both.
If the fuel dribbles out ,then there is a blockage at the fuel cock. On the end of the fuel cock is a small filter, this can block if the tank is dirty.NB drain as much of the fuel BEFORE you pull the fuel cock.
IF changing the filters be sure to remove the old Oring seal first or the filter won't seat and leak. I recommend you fill the filters with diesel then fit as this model of tractor is manuel priming and you save yourself a lot of hassle. Once the filters are fitted go to the injector pump and "crack" the bleeders and pump(hand or on the key).
