Price Check 1979 YM2610, Condition Fair to Good, Price Point?

Can someone give me an idea on market value of the YM2610D built between 1979 - 1981.

The overall condition of this unit is fair to good for age, with original loader and 2800Hrs.

Around here, north Alabama, I would say that tractor that amount of hours and the Japanese loader, $5500. $6000 if it is in really good shape.
