the radiator screen on my 1980 Ford 1700 is rotten and trying to pry the metal frame a part to just replace the screen is not working. I have found a couple of complete screens on line but at 120 bucks I am thinking I can build something, now I have an idea but I'm looking for something that has been tried and worked before I go to far and completely build something. Is there a kit that comes with the frame that can be made what ever size is needed?

In the past, I have made purchases with them.

Thanks for the reply, I might not of been clear I was referring to the screen that we have to clean just in front of the radiator. I will check these folks out Thanks

Okay this is what I came up with and if the heat don't destroy it then I think it will work. the screw heads slide in the same grove as the old screen and the ones on the bottom keep it from going to far. The frame is aluminum and so is the screen and I know they make the corners in aluminum but I couldn't find it the day I was looking.

Keep it clean now ! That's the biggest thing I noticed on my Ford 1900. And I did buy the NH brand new screen for mine as it was mangled too badly.
