The tractor started and ran during inspection, though it must be started at the solenoid due to an inoperable key switch. It is equipped with a 3-speed gear drive transmission. The engine oil was full, although very thick, and no knocking was noted while running. Cosmetically, the tractor has a flat front right tire, a dented and rusted front grill, a missing front left headlight, and a dented left rear fender. None of the electronic components on the dash are currently functioning, and the owner believes the hour meter has rolled over. Mechanically, the rear hitch was operational, and the PTO engaged during inspection. However, when tested with a rotary cutter, the PTO shaft spun, but the blades did not engage, indicating a likely issue within the implements gearbox rather than the tractor itself.
