1984 Kubota L3750 4WD pricing

I'm looking at a 1984 L3750 4wd with a loader and grader box. It has 3k hours on it. The price is $7650. This seems like a decent price compared to what I have seen in southeast PA but wanted to get your input. Condition seems fair to good. Thanks
