Buying Advice 1988 Mitsubishi 4x4 D3200 FD

Hi all!
So the add says: "Front Loader, Gannon, Approximately 45/50 HP - rebuilt engine, new clutch, Runs GREAT! Must see, drive $6500."
I looked up the factory specs it says 32hp. I told them about that and they said "Yes, it was a 32HP before my husband had the motor rebuilt and improved. And the reason we are selling it is because he has a brand new one..."

Any input on this type of tractor, what to look for/check out on it, or if the hp could be increased that much?

Sounds to me to be just the kind of tractor to stay away from!

Well even if the hp rating isn't that high, I think 32 is enough for my purposes. I was mostly concerned with getting parts if it all checks out ok.
