1991 year model, 395, shifting question

Trying to buy this tractor and it has the 8 speed synchronized gear shift. Has 2 levers to the left of the seat: Near the fender is the F-N-R. Adjacent to the seat is the 1-2-3-4-N. lever. It is currently in low range. How do you get the tractor to shift to the high range 5-6-7-8-N?

I may have picked up the right answer, need to try it: F-R lever is a dual action lever not only switching between these directions, but moving the handle from N toward the seat then forward puts you in high range. We'll see.

The "long" lever is

L H

While the is "neutral" on the stick, it isn't on the shift pattern. Do not shift while moving. Leave stick in gear (L H or R) and use N on the speed lever.

"Short" lever is fully synchronized, shift while moving with clutch.

Done deal. I got the right answers on another forum and you go from N, pull the stick toward the seat and move forward for high range. Thanks for the reply. Tractor is now at my farm.
