1994 Bombardier MPV-20

Can anyone tell me anything about a 1994 Bombardier MPV-20? It's a 3cyl diesel, 4x4 with FEL and box scraper. Sis saw on at a neighbor's yard for sale. Asking $5500 obo. Seems rather high but I don't know anything about them.

"Same as the Hinomoto JF1". Seems way too high a price to me, but I know nothing about them.

I read the data but I'd like to know more than just the print. Know what I mean? It's a Japanese factory sold out of Canada. But I'm hoping to find someone that has owned one. Thanks davrow.
