Buying Advice 1994 Ford 3415

I am considering purchasing a 1994 Ford 3415. The price seems right. I will be using it for pulling a rotary cutter, rototiller and to power a PTO generator, approximately 50-100 hours a year. I perform my own maintenance and some repairs however I am not a mechanic. I have looked through the postings on this tractor and noticed there seemed to be some issues with the transmission range selector and gear selector. Is there anything in particular I should be inspecting when I look at this tractor? Is there a problem with obtaining parts? Is this a tractor to stay away from? I have attached a link to the listing. Any advice would be appreciated.

Straight tractor.

Parts should be available thru CNH and your local dealer or an online dealer.

Hours would be hard to confirm. Tach looks iffy unless he took the pic with it running half throttle?? Not sure why he would??

Worst part of it is that it's spent a lot of time parked outdoors.
