1996 ford 3930 oil leak

Hello i just purchased a 3930 and it is now blowing smoke and leaking oil. It looks to be leaking from a spot from between the front of the tractor where the oil pan is. Just below the belt. I am very new to tractors. This is my first one. Any help would be appreciated.

Excess blow-by coming from the crankcase vent tube. Worn pistons / rings; low compression. Tired engine.

Thank you for your reply. Not exactly what I wanted to hear but I figured it was not good. It sounds like I am looking towards a rebuild.
