1996 John Deere 325 garden tractor custom attachments

I'd like to take and purchase the lift frame for a 42" rear tine john deere tiller which is about $320 and make attachments for it especially a black plastic mulch layer and other stuff later like disc, cultivator etc any ideas would be greatly appreciated
