Snow Equipment Owning/Operating 1st big snow for southeast Massachusetts today

Looks like I am in the 18 inch jackpot overnight tonight. I'll be stetting up tractors and closing up building. Looks like we will have thunder snow too. It will be nice to have a white Xmas this year. It almost never happens in eastern Massachusetts.

They've upped us all the way to 2" to 5" .

Well... I spent almost twenty thousand on a sub compact with a FEL & a 51" Meteor 3 pt blower. The first nasty 8" wet snowstorm had to be handled with the little walk behind blower cause we had popped a frost plug to input a coolant heater and then couldn't get it to stop leaking. Had to wait several days for a replacement plug to arrive.
Perhaps we'll get to see how the big blower works next time.

Makes me feel lucky its in the 50's here with over cast skies. And we are gonna have a sunny Christmas. Better than the 4' of snow we had last winter. Atleast if it does snow, I have my Yanmar to clear the driveway.

That big snow missed us here in Michigan, I'm glad, even though I have two tractors that can handle heavy snow, I don't mind not getting to use them.
