can't take it anymore. gonna buy the right size chains, been messing with them for too long. Decision I'm trying to make after reading some of the posts is to go with aquiline mpc or 2 link ladder chains. They will be going over R-4 tires. on a B7610 HST with fel.I would use them mainly for snow removal on asphalt, and occasionally in the woods. I have a set of 4 link that are too big and are always falling in the tread. let's hear it
Thanks

Go with the Aqualine. I have the 2 link ladder chains on my 3940 with front chains also and I can't go in the woods. Neighbor has the Aqualine only on his rears and his machine is has excellent traction.

I'm about to spend the money myself.

Your tractor and mine have the same size rear tires I believe (R4- 12X16.5). I was looking at Aqualine the other night, but I didn't find anything in the correct size. I was thinking of going with the 2 link ladder chains in this link (even though the snow season is winding down and temps are warming up for the next 2 weeks here, so snow plowing/blowing will not be much)-

I've been looking at tire chain. I've actually bought some other chains from them, for the front of B7610, chains were way over sized and I had to take out tow links, which from what I've seem in several other posts is common for their chains. wasn't happy with the quality. I stupidly waited till following year to try them out and it was too late. Send in email to Wallingfords and they can put in touch with a local dealer. I found one site , but they were sold out.

Talons they rip it up good like. When you have 2 inches of ice in your drives or woods these are a wicked choice but spendy.
