I bought a used P1205s Mitsubishi tiller with a 2 pt hitch. I need to convert it to a 3 pt hitch. There were some postings of this modification with pics, but I did not note the posters names and I cannot find the keywords to locate them. Any help with this would be appreciated!

I'm guessing that you have a 23 hp tractor so it shouldn't be too bad to convert with adding lug to what you have already. When I did mine for a 35 hp Cat one I had to cut off all the existing bracket down to the bare tube and build back with 1/2" plate, it was expensive. Watch out for the length and angle at various lift heights of PTO shaft with slip clutch as that will tell you how long to extend the brackets. Hope you got cutting torch and welder and drill for 3/4" & 7/8" holes, that's for cat one, I don't know what size holes for Cat 0. bjr

I did this conversion for a Yanmar 1201a. Not familiar with your model, but if you search under my name- you will be able to find the post about it.
