20 300CX grease points?

The manual depicts 20 grease fittings - 10 on each side but I can't find the one on either side depicted in the manual in an enhanced view on the left that's next to a coil spring that doesn't exist either.

Am I missing something...literally or is the depiction no longer correct?

The picture shows the loader dismounted. I don't have a 300cx loader, but it looks like that spring is used to help the loader stand unfold as the loader is being removed from the tractor. That zerk fitting is probably hidden unless the stand is down.
Is your loader mounted right now? If so, try dismounting it just enough to get the stand on the ground (no need to disconnect the hydraulic lines...just back away a few inches).

The one at the dealership was dismounted. Couldn't find either item. The red circled area doesn't seem the same and the manual...different casting...different spring.

Looks like the loader has been revised and that particular zerk eliminated (you can confirm this with your dealer, if you'd like).
As long as you get the ones that actually grease the loader pivot points used for operation, you'd be fine...
Look at it this way, if my initial assumption was right..those guys who never remove their loaders would never grease that fitting.

That describes me. My salesman couldn't find it either. I guess I'll ignore the dissonance and move on.

Jdparts shows that fitting last used on serial number 033499 for 300CX. If your serial number is higher it has been eliminated.
