Here's an interesting thing. Slowly but surely installing my 200cx loader. Well I broke a bolt off in the Frame, while mounting the loader mounting brackets. So I got it out by using left-hand drill bits. Wallah, I thought I had it made, well I got fooled - the Mounting Frames for the loader that bolt to the brackets bolted to the frame will not clear the mounts that hold the front of the lift straps for the MMM. Hmmm, seems that JD should have worked this out, and sent me the correct mounting H/W for my tractor - hopefully, I do not have to take everything back to get the correct mounting brackets? I will inform my dealer on Monday and hopefuilly I can get the correct hardware to mount on my tractor - What a bummer, another delay.

Anyone else run into this? Anyone got ant ideas that do not involve welding or making new brackets?

I'm installing the brackets on my 4100 now and I'm running into the same problem. Also, how did you route the power steering lines on the left side and the hydraulic cooler line on the right side? I do not have any instructions for this installation, so could you send a copy to me?

I'm not 100% sure I understand the question, but if it's like the 2520, the front MMM hanger mounts go on the outside of the loader frame, like this.

Yes, that is the way I installed the MMM hanger on the 4100 too. It seems like the FEL frame offsets the MMM hanger a bit further and causes it to bind with the fwd hydro pedal.

I was able to solve the power steering hydraulic line routing issue. I just switched the 90-degree and 45-degree fittings and it all seems to fit fine. I'm still very concerned about the oil cooler line on the right side. It rests directly on the mounting frame and has a lot of stress on it. I'm afraid that over time the stress combined with operating vibrations will lead to a failure.

Sorry ksowinsk that was 2 tractors ago, and my memory is kinda short on this. But, I seem to remember that, what needed to be done was to take the plates that were on the tractor originally, off of the tractor (they are actually covering the real bolt holes in the frame) and replace with the brackets. Then the bolts will screw into the frame. The instructions do not tell you to remove those brackets, (and that is in the addendum to the instructions) and they look like you should not. I did not have any issues with my lines that I can remember?
