Hello Everyone, I am coming up on my 200 hour service and the operator's manual is saying to adjust the valves and it gives the specs. I feel ok doing that but it also says to ajust the injection pressure. It gives no instructions as to how to do this and says to ask the LG agent to adjust this.

Has any other Montana operators attempted to perform this service themselves that could give me some insight.
Thanks

As a rule of thumb if there is no excessive noise or exhaust then don't do it. If at 500hrs. there is a need then we could revisit the issue but if there is no need then don't mess with it. All manufacturers recommend a time but very rarely do you see this needing to be done.

If the pressure on the injection needs to be adjusted in the future you would need to pull them and put them on a pop tester and the psi should be about 2300.

I have spoken to other dealers of the small stuff as well as the large ag stuff and all seem to have the same opinion on this.

Thanks,
Maka

Thanks!!
I do not have excessive noise or smoke so I think I will leave it alone. Appreciate the feedback.
