200 hr service

Time for a 200 hr svc. I just bought this tractor at 190 hrs 2 months ago. What does everybody recommend for type of oil ? I will be changing the oil,hydraulic and fuel filters along with the air filter. Has been a great tractor so far !!! I have a tractor supply very close to me in Tenn.

I use the TSC Premium UTF in my DK50. There is always the argument about the front axle - whether to use gear oil or UTF. The tractor came with UTF. For the engine oil, I used Rotella T 15-40 diesel engine oil. I think all your filters are going to be Kioti, with the exception of the engine filter - if you want to use something else.

My dk40se doesn't require replacing trans. fluid @200 hours. just the filter. Next fluid change is at 400

Do you know if the 50hr service was performed? If not, save yourself some grief and pick up a chain-wrench before you start.

Sounds like you are changing all fluids and filters , which I would do also , especially if you are not sure about the 50 hr. service. This is very cheap insurance for a big investment . I use all Kubota products while under warranty in my case .

Here's a Kioti list posted from another member. Members have posted that the TSC premium hydro fluid yields good results. Air, fuel, and engine filters can be crossed to a Napa or other. Hydraulic filters will have to be Kioti.

I do believe the 50 hr. was done. Just good to start with new fluids and filters....cheap insurance !! Will have to look at the manual to see if the trans. fluid needs changed at 200 hr.
