Kubota FEL (should be 481 or 482) or other brand? FWD or 2WD (with a FEL on a compact tractor, this is an important issue)? Make sure the tires are appropriate for your needs (usually R-4, but if turf tire or R-1, may impact your tasks, e.g., former without heavy duty traction, and latter will rut up a lawn in no time - if you need to change out tires, it can get expensive). At 36 hours, you're 14 hours short of the first service - might wish to take to the dealer for a check (selling at 36 hours is a bit unusual), and if you decide to buy the tractor, get the 50 hour service done at that time, and you've then until 200 hours before anything else but the usual zerk lubing and radiator screen cleanings. Anyhow, good tractor, and seemingly a good price if tires appropriate for your needs, and FWD. I've a 3410 GST, which is same chassis, and no complaints except for the funky hydraulic controls on the 482 loader - which many have had issues with (mainly bolts on the control lever loosening - answer is "lock-tite"). Your performance limits are a 5ft box blade and a 6 foot "standard duty" brush cutter - some say larger, but with HST you'd be pushing it - some say smaller, but only if you insist on always fully filling the box blade, or taking full cutting swaths in heavy brush with the cutter.
