3-Point Hitch 2003 7010 3 pt hitch won't go down

I have a 2003 7010 with 630 hrs working great but 3pt hitch won't work with the hyd dial and the beeping noise won't go off, tractor is running fine and no other problems, was not using the 3pt hitch when it quit working. I was harrowing and using the bucket to smooth prarie dog holes and I stalled it on a large one and the beep has been on ever since.

something similar happened to my 2615. i took the seat off and cleaned the considerable dirt and grime off of everything and then sprayed wd-40 on all the moving parts. everthing worked again. not sure it will work for you but that process worked for me.
