Price Check 2004 b7800 woods backhoe is this a good price?

Here is what I'm looking at a 2004 b7800, 115 hours, LA402 bucket, Woods 7500 3 point attach backhoe, 72 inch backblade (never used) and garage stored. The person is asking $17000 and I was wondering what anyone thinks of this price. Hoping for fast replies if this is a good deal I want to jump on it fast.
By the way it also has 1 year left on the hydralic warranty.
