I should have taken pictures, but I thought I had a detailed enough service manual. Unfortunately, I found that the manual was just a little too generic.
I overhauled the engine with new pistons, wrist pins, rings, cam, and lifters; planed the heads, ground the valves, and installed new intake valve seals. A couple of months passed during this whole process and during reassembly I realized I had forgotten what linkage went in what hole for carburetion and governor control. I have pictures, but for some reason my Android won't talk to my computer today.
Anyone have a 25HP Kohler powered GT5000, vintage 2004? (CV730-0029 (EHP/SEARS 25HP/18.6KW)) Pictures of the throttle control panel from a couple of different angles would be nice or access to accurate manual.
