2005 ASV RC60 Track Loader - 2,750hrs. What is the value?

I found the above mentioned machine for sale at what appears to be a good price. The guy seems to have taken very good care of it and has owned it since 600hrs. I'd estimate the undercarriage and tracks to be at 60-70%. What is this worth with the standard 62" bucket? Thanks in advance!

I have been looking around for price comparisons and there are very few of these machines currently for sale with more than 1,500hours. This has me nervous!! I didn’t find one for sale above 2,500hrs, yet you can constantly find other makes/models with well over 5,000hrs. Any thoughts on this?
