2005 Cub 5254

hey everyone i am new to this but it seems very helpful. my father and i are looking at buying a 2005 cub cadet 5254 with a front loader and 307 hrs for $5500. i have read some reviews and they are very mixed. just wondering if this is a good price and a good tractor. we are gonna redo the front yard this summer by bringing in top soil so we want a tractor with a bucket. let me know i am interested in listening to everyones opinion. thank you
