Haha suckers! I already bought it. 
I've bought a dozen ridiculously cheap BX's in the last 8 months, so I could turn around and sell them at a profit.
Unfortunately, if I priced them too low, folks thought it was a scam, and I couldn't sell them. Once I priced them to within a couple thousand of actual value, they started selling.
I think most of them were stolen, but I don't care, I got enough extra money to buy my new tractor.

It's an insight to why us old guys get cynical.
You hope a post like this is an April Fools joke and you know that it's just as likely that it's not.

There's no such thing as a real BX TLB for under $5000, but it seems that folks keep falling for these scams. If not, we wouldn't see so many of them all over the place.
I guess maybe you might find a BX23 for under 5k if it rolled off a trailer and was totalled.
Goes back to some old sayings. 'If it seems too good to be true, it probably is' and 'there's a sucker born every minute'.
The older I get, the less sympathy I have for suckers that get taken by these sorts of outrageous scams. As far as I'm concerned, they get taken because they think they're getting an unbelievable deal, ie., they think they're pulling a scam, and taking advantage of some sucker that doesn't know the true value of something they are trying to sell. Like maybe a distraught widow that just lost the love of her life and is too overwhelmed trying to sell off her husband's stuff. Only a scumbag could feel good about taking advantage of someone in that situation, and if they truly think they can get away with buying something at 25% of it's actual value, they deserve to get taken.
