My FIL tells a story about the time he bought a Farmall Super M back in the day. The tractor was located about 70 miles from his farm in northwestern Ohio. He drove it home. In November!

Really...those are neat facts....1st time I ever seen a dealer put anything together like that.... I always envied and admired someone who could build a business like you have.

Thats amazing isn't it! The time spent on the phone is my favorite stat. Thats 5.5 people talking on the phone full time for an entire year.

Whenever you call them and have a tough or unique question you end up getting Neil on the phone! I called their parts department, then they transferred me, and presto! I end up talking to Neil!
