I just bought a 2006 4320. The spring seat suspension is broken. Does anyone have recommendations on an after-market seat suspension or seat system that will bolt up? Any experience with an air ride upgrade? Thx....

The shock is gone.....The ears where the little fiber ball and pin attaches is wore through the holes and the ears are bent. Cant find a good exploded view of the lower spring assembly. Seat was all the way down and when I picked up on it parts went flying.

You can go to jdparts and look up the exploded view for your 4320.. all parts on the tractor can be found.

Enter your model number 4320 and go to the alphabetic listing under S for seat..
Maybe just a new shock will fix you up.. Let us know if it doesn't work for you.
