Price Check 2006 BX2350 with FEL, MMM and 1200 hours, worth????

I ran across a 2005 or 2006 BX2350 with a front end loader (factory kubota) 60" mid mount mower and 1200 hours. He said there was also a kubota hyd snow blade that went with it. Its at a non kubota dealer and I just stopped in was looking at used implements... IT appears to be great condition other than a cracked headlamp. I don't see anything that was bent or broken on the loader, frame, mower deck etc... he shot me a decent price imo, and am thinking about it. What is this thing worth? snapped a pic with my phone while I was there.

I'm not sure what that tractor is, but it doesn't look like a BX2350, it looks like an older model. I can tell since the joy stick comes off with the loader, and some other items look different than mine. Whats it worth, off the top of my head, I'd say, 5k to 7k, but I'm guessing.
