2006 Deere 110 TLB PTO Inoperative.

If you remove the PTO solenoid I believe it pushes on a spool to deactivate and pulls back to activate the PTO. Its common for that little spool to get stuck in either direction. I've had it happen twice on my 4600. Just have to remove and clean or just exercise it a bit.
