2006 DK45s fuse box location

My fuse box on my 2005 is under the rubber mat on the left side of the operator platform. There is a metal cover that you have to remove to access it after moving the rubber mat and foam out of the way. If you look up under the platform behind the step you will the box that holds the fuses hanging down, Or at least on mine.

Be advised that your tractor probably has the newer (post 2005) motor (with stop solenoid on front of engine) but the DK45s (aka DK451) shop manual only documents the older version (external stop solenoid on right side of engine). For the new engine (and associated electrical changes) the EX 45 manual is useful in addition to the DK45 manual.
Engines from that era (2005-2008) might experience injection pump gear failure. It's hard to tell how common that failure is. But if your engine won't start it is easy to check for this failure and DIY repair is possible and inexpensive.
Otherwise, the DK45s is very rugged and durable tractor that an average owner can diagnose and repair (unlike some new tier 4 engines)
