Hey all. I have a 2006 John Deere 4120 with a hydrostatic transmission it has the electronic pedals for forward and reverse. It developed a problem after the battery went dead not sure if the battery is related but I thought it could be. Anyhow the issue is when I travel forward or reverse the tractor has what was normally full power for any given engine rpm. So in other words if I set the RPM to 1500 RPM just to travel down the road the speed would be normal for that RPM but then would start to taper off and slow down. It's not a matter of engine RPM loss because that is consistent or constant it seems like it's just losing hydraulic drive pressure or something along that line. The loader operates as normal I'm even able to lift heavy loads like I normally have in the past. It's just the drive motor for forward and reverse that seems to be the problem. Anyone have any ideas or experience with this issue?
