I wouldn't run one bigger than 4 foot. As far as comparing to the BX, they are similar in HP, but the 7610 has more ground clearance... longer wheelbase, etc.

i have run a 5' on mine with no problems through very tall grass (over the hood) & small saplings. it was a light duty model though.

I second the 4 footer, that's what I run on mine and it's a good fit. HP is the same but I think the B7610 makes the same HP at lower RPM than the BX24.
