2006 Kubota BX25D Hydraulic control won't lift?

I love my BX25D there is nothing this little gem won't eventually do!
I have multiple 3 point attachments but my last switch back to my backhoe I found a 3" ish about 10mm hex head bolt on the ground when I loaded my tractor on the trailer, Next switch back to use my Hydraulic lift the lift has absolutely no resistance to lift it up and down? I presume the bolt held something in place I have stripped down everything I could find but have found no empty places where a bolt might have gone missing? Any idea where I should look? Brad.

Don't have a clue about your bolt, and don't know your tractor. But, most 3pths will lift and drop with no resistance from the point at which they are resting, be it all the way down, half down, or at some other level. Are you sure it wasn't this way from day one, and you never noticed it till now?
