2006 New Holland TC30
I was mowing with a 2006 New Holland TC30. I ran over a small scrub oak and the tractor was hung up underneath. The tractor died and when I tried to restart it the air flow light on the dash comes on and it will not start. I checked underneath the tractor and all wires and connections appear to be ok. I have cleaned the air filter, grill, and radiator still same problem. Any ideas????

Did you turn off the pto? Also check gear shifter and such.

Yes PTO is off and gear is in neutral. Really seems like a sensor or safety switch issue. I have traced the wires and cannot find a broken one or broken connector. Does anyone know where the airflow sensor is located?

Would that be the dirty air filter (or blocked air passage) sensor?

Ok , that sensor should be up on the air cleaner or intake pipe coming from the air cleaner.

Not sure that would keep it from starting, but I’m thinking along the same lines as you , it sounds more like a safety switch or wire pulled lose.

Found it. Blown 10 amp fuse in the #4 slot. New fuse runs like a champ! Thank you for the ideas. I feel like a dummy for not checking that sooner.
