2007 2420 EHSS electrical gremlin

2007 2420 EHSS with 485+/- hours. Great machine, never had major issues. When I turn off machine, the PTO dash light will come on after ten seconds or so and stay on. PTO light goes off when starting, running. Generally no problem, can live with that. However, two times recently the tractor would not shut off with key. Strangely, once I engaged the PTO with lever, it would shut off tractor. This is rare, generally the PTO light stays off until I shut off tractor , it will come on shortly thereafter. Any idea where to check? I am not great with electric, but can fix if guided to right spot!

Another electrical gremlin. Left turn signal stays on all the time now. I unhooked plug to light to keep bulb from burning out, but left turn dash light stays on. I tried exercising the turn signal switch, nothing. It is draining battery now, even with trickle charger attached. The only thing that relates to above previous electrical problem is that both of the issues seem to stem from same under seat, left wire harness. I wish I knew how to diagnose electrical issues. Could it be a ground issue? The NH dealer around here cant look at the tractor for weeks.

Still having this issue with gauge lights and battery drain. PITA to always have to raise hood and disconnect battery. I am about to cut in a battery switch, but would much rather solve the issue properly. Tractor functions perfectly except for lights on dash, ignition tied into PTO. Any ideas?

Pull fuses individually until the current flow stops. Then investigate that circuit.

That's an odd combination of gremlins, but since you say they all stem from the same harness, start there. Have you carefully traced those wires looking for a pinched area?
