2007JX1070c 3 point lift will not work. Bruce

I have a 2007 Case JX1070c this tractor is used lightly it only has 350 Hours. The last time I used it everything worked fine 2 weeks later I went to use it and the 3 point arms will not move they are in the down position. This model has a device called a quick lift it seems fine. I plan on changing filter hytran oil in the morning. The power steering works fine anyone have any ideas.

Sounds like it has to do with a problem in the Service Control Valve the low pressure regulating valve has contamination or sticking. Remove Service Control Valve from tractor disassemble the low pressure regulating valve and check that the valve is able to move freely within its bore. Re-assemble the Service Control Valve and reinstall on the tractor. The dealer I bought Tractor from was very helpful Eldridge Supply Company, Arkansas.
