I am looking for a price check on a 2009 Kubota L3400 TLB with 3 point hitch. 560Hours. Asking $20250. Tractor is very clean and well cared for. Looks like mainly the FEL was used.

I had a hard time finding anything similar to compare to. Located in Western PA.

Thanks.

The tractor/loader (several) with similar hours is listed on Tractor House for $15,000 or less.
Actual selling price might be something less than $14,000.
That would bring the asking price for the little 7.5' BH to $6,050+, which, being sold as a package, is too much in my opinion.
It is EXTREMELY important that the hoe have a sub frame!
If it does not,.... walk away!

$18,000 might be a fair price for that unit with the BH.
That said: I am not a fan of small tractor mounted BHs, but obviously they are better than no BH at all.

For that combo and "..Tractor is very clean and well cared for.." that's an OK price. Not a deal... and that is if it is a HST. If it's a gear tractor, it's a bit high. Those are pretty low hours and I wouldn't shy away from it. See if he would drop the price a wee bit...

That might have a jerky 3 point hitch which you can use as leverage to lower the price... very slowly raise the 3ph and see if it shakes the tractor!

I did get them to come down to $19k, throw in a new battery as well as perform the service and delivery. It is a HST and everything checked out pretty good to my limited tractor knowledge. Thanks to all on here for their help. Time to start looking for some attachments.
