I have a 2520 with a 200cx loader. I want to buy pallet forks that fit in place of the bucket. Where can I find one?

Get the Artillian forks, after you get them you'll wonder how you lived without them. They are approximately the same weight as the bucket and are designed to be light and strong so you can lift more. Here is a picture of twelve 80lbs bags of concrete and a new ballast box I was getting ready to pour. My back of the napkin calculation is 1070lbs. I could only lift to 4 feet, but I suspect that if the ballast box wasn't so far forward I would have been able lift all the way to the top.

Thanks for the info. They appear to be exactly what I am looking for.

I just want to reinforce this: Artillian
Do a search on this site and you will find a lot of very satisfied customers including me. I use them all the time including moving some very heavy equipment today. I think they are the best forks out there.

Hi,

Check out Horst Welding in Canada. They are a little bit heavier than the Artillians but they have the safety of material fences to keep taller loads from falling back onto the tractor and you.

They offer a 1200lb rated set that matches the 200cx very well.

Chris is offering a removable backstop as well now.

I bought the Horst forks which include a frame that attaches to the QA points after you remove the bucket and include the material fence and am very happy with them. I use them for lifting large logs, large rocks that won't fit in the bucket, etc. The forks are adjustable and slide together or away to adjust to your load or to a pallet. I bought the 48" forks, but now that I've had this summer to use them, I realize the 42" forks would have been long enough and would have saved me a small amount of weight.

For what it's worth, I think most of the fork suppliers make good units. But I didn't want to go with the forks that attach to the bucket itself. I've seen too many that bend the bottom of the bucket and then you'll never again have a smooth even scrape with that bucket.

The forks that attach to the bucket are disadvantages in several ways. The lift point is at the bucket edge instead of the loader pivots so you have added 15 inch of leverage against the loader. You are lifting the bucket as well as the forks so you are losing even more lifting capacity. Then there is the risk of damage to the bucket itself. The JDQA forks are so easy to swap with the bucket, it is two lynch pins and the 200CX does all the heavy lift.
