I posted in the wrong spot, so here ya'll

I was offered (what I thought was) a deal to trade-up my 3016 for a 4010. I have greatly regretted the decision with only 36 hours on the tractor and am arguing with dealer and Mahindra to try to make the problems right. The problems thus far are moisture in the gage cluster, the cruise control button would not activate unless it was pressed three or so times, the left brake steer was none functioning, the tractor would not steer to the right (leaving me stuck in a field), and the dump bucket would free-dump after a certain point. The dump lever would have to be held for an additional five or so seconds before the dump would complete.

The gage cluster and cruise control switch were replaced. The left brake steer adjusted. The steer cylinder was replaced after it was discovered the piston seized after marring the wall of the sleeve, making it inoperable. That leaves the bucket dump still not operating as intended.

When I dropped off the tractor for service, I was told the dump issue was a known issue. The service manager had a New Holland with a similar issue which required a restrictor in the piston to allow the piston to operate without air getting into the cylinder.

After a week of waiting, I was told my tractor was fixed and ready to go. I went to the dealer and the service manager informed that the bucket dump was not able to be fixed because Mahindra did not have a fix for it yet (but was working on it). I told him I did not want the tractor until it was fixed. He replied that he would look into getting it fixed. In addition, he explained that the restrictor idea would not work because it would slow the bucket too much.

So here I sit, attempting to get the season started and the manufacture, nor the dealer, is willing to help. I had to finagle the tractor out of the field and onto the trailer, waste my gas and time taking it to the dealer, and they refuse to give a loaner tractor, buy it back, or at this point, fix it... The brat salesman told me that I値l 渡ever be happy. The owner has not returned my phone call. Mahindra tells me that they don稚 buy tractors back and it is up to the dealer. Now mind you, all of this is in addition to me having to spend eight hours, plus parts, to fix the heating issue with tractor (Mahindra tells me the parts are still on order for their fix to the problem). This tractor, the dealer, and Mahindra are a joke! Buy Kabota or John Deere, forget the five year warranty and the cheaper Mahindra!

Any ideas to fix the bucket dump?

Why don't you contact whoever manufactured the bucket/loader and see if they have a fix or are aware of the problem. My Mahindra loader is mfg. by Bueler. I am sure it is made here in the states.

After a certain point in the dump cycle, the bucket free-falls and waves back and forth. After keeping the dump lever held for a approximately five more seconds, the bucket completes the dump cycle. My interpretation is that there is a weakness in the system. My interpretation is reenforced when I get stuck in the muck and can't push myself backward. The bucket is limp and has no power to push the tractor. The loader is made with the tractor, in Korea, so no-go getting in contact with someone there.
