Hey Guys... Need some help... Got some new tires on my 1140 CPX today as the original ones finally gave up the ghost at almost 9 years old... When taking the tires off I noticed that the valve stem on the left front tire was on the inside of the rim while the other 3 tires had the valve stem on the outside of the rim... When they installed the new tires they followed the same methodology as the tires they removed... Keep in mind that all of the new tires do have a rotation arrow on them but still one of them IMO is mounted wrong...
So my question is should all the rims have the valve stem on the "inside" of the wheel rim or should all of the valve stems be on the "outside" of the wheel rim..???
The owners manual does not get even close in representing how they should be installed
Anything else I might be missing would be appreciated so I could understand this dilemma better...
Any/all help would be appreciated...
Thank You... Alkyhol (Rick)
