2012 NH T4.75 W/ 655TL Blowing tilt cylinders

We have a T4.75 and it keeps blowing the bucket tilt cylinders, completely blowing the caps out of the tube. The tube is swelling and blowing the packing cap out. I have never seen a cylinder do this. Also the loader seems to be moving too fast and eating our less experienced operators up. I really need to slow this loader down, but a lot has changed since I last worked for a Ford/New Holland dealer in 2000. Any Ideas?

Check your relief valve setting. And install orfaces in whatever lines are running too fast.
