2014 kioti ck30.tractor lurches even though rear PTO to snow blower is off.

The snowblower was on the back of the PTO earlier and no problem. But now that the hydraulics are hooked up to the snowblower it acts like its lurching .I could see it if the auger was turning but not when it's not.the snowblower works good. Could it be air locked hydraulics?
