It's tough, that's for sure.........60% of the people realize that the dealer has to make a profit to stay in business and they are helping to make sure the dealer will be there when they need them by not haggling too much over a fair price while the other 40% want something for nothing. 9 times outta 10 that guy who refused to pay $100 more for a unit to a local dealer and instead drove 100 miles out of the way to save that money will be the one complaining that his local dealer went out of business. It's sad, but true.......sometimes you just gotta bite your lip and smile. You just gotta learn to deal with it in the nicest manner possible.
