2015 Gear One Year Later

Well 48 hours is all I put on it in the last year and so far the tractor has done all I have asked of it with hardly any issues. I did lose the rubber plug in the front axle, I have lost several snap pins (After clearing brush) and one of the loader hydraulic fittings started leaking which I just had to tighten.

I've graded, cleared brush, ran a rake, brush hogged, and finish mowed my yard to my hearts desire and I am happy with my purchase.

Improvements to suggest:
Hydraulic seat
front brush guard
Parking brake warning alarm when gear is engaged
Live PTO
syncro-mesh gears

I'd buy another one easily

Your experience with your tractor is almost identical to mine, the plug in the front axle came out and dealer didn't have any in stock, had to order, I needed the tractor so I went to a local boat dealer and bought a plug that expanded if tightened, fit great. I too am well pleased with my mahindra, don't use it very often(60 hrs in 3 years) but it does what I want done....

I did lose the rubber plug in the front axle,

I lost two before I too put something else in. We get a lot of oddball things at work that we save for instances like this. Our junkbox had a rubber plug similar to the ones I'd been losing, but it has a much thicker head. The head has a hole through it for attaching it in place with a cable tie.

I too have lost a number of clips and things. Worst was when I lost my drawbar. Thankfully, it fell out on the driveway, where I found it before I knew it was lost. I now have the pin well secured with #12 wire.

I bought mine a year a go too. Have almost 60 hrs on it. Had to have the spring replaced in the tranny for the PTO engagement. They had to split the case. Dealer warrenty. No cost to me except getting it there and back.

I do a lot of tilling and mowing. It's a great tractor.

charlie 175, have you encountered any problems with your 3 pt hitch turnbuckles? I have had 2 come loose and fall off while i was bushhogging, this caused my hookup to sway and I finally noticed but not until I had lost them. I bought 1 and my son made one a little longer for more adjustment. Just thought I'd ask..thanks
