Sold a 2015 RTV 1100 X to get the cab machine, when you cut the air conditioning on has no power at all, anyone else experience this. This thing is beyond sluggish, had dealer come pick it up they said they adjusted some pressure's and it was a little better but not much. Anyone else having these issues? Other than lack of power machine is great.

Ok talk to me. How fast is it on the flat with ac on and off.
Firstly rtv's wont pull when cold. Just part of them.
If you lift your foot a fraction, the engine can recover rpm and they will climb a lot better.
What are the air and fuel filters like? Check them.
Have you had the spark arrestor out, they regularly block up. Clean and reinstal.
The pressure they touched was the charge pressure. It controls how the transmission loads the engine. Too low and the engine revs a lot but the thing wont pull, too much and it bogs down to the point the engine rpm drops too far and it drops off its torque curve and chuggs down. This is why they dont pull cold. Cold oil=high charge pressure.
Lastly fit a hand throttle. $180 here in OZ. Set to 1/4 throttle and when your taking off, it has revs up already. This help alot with them taking off. Theyll wheel spin a bit if you rev them up too far.

A/C compressors require a certain amount of power to operate, also adding more load (blower motor, condenser fan) on the electrical system causes the alternator to rob more power as well. Since you only have 24 hp to run the vehicle and accessories, it will be noticeable when you add any extra load on. It is the same on cars, which is why they have to tell the ecu to compensate for the extra load when the a/c is turned on. Or back when carbs were still used they had a solenoid that opened the throttle a little when the compressor clutch was engaged so the engine wouldn't stall at idle. I'm not sure how much hp the system on the RTV requires, but a rough guess might be 5-10 hp.
Perception of horsepower is somewhat a personal thing. I have the RTV900 which is no power house. IMHO. The RTV1100 is close to 2500lbs, add AC which is a huge power robber. Maybe you are expecting too much. Not saying yours does not have a problem but keep in mind what you are dealing with.
