Hi, don't know how and when it happened, but my 3ph right(as you stay behind the tractor and looking forward) lift arm is bend. What it is the correct name for it? Does anyone had it replaced? How much it cost? Where would be the best place to order from? Forget the dealer I bought the tractor from... /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. The tractor is 2015 model. Thanks.

More than likely it was bent when you were pushing in reverse. They are real strong pulling, but can't take near as much pushing. Sorry to heard about the problem. All brands do that.

Can it be bent back? Most shops with a press can do something like that in a few minutes. If it is real bad, then you can order one from any Mahindra dealer. They never bend unless you are bulldozing backwards or they get caught in a tire because the check chains have come loose. It is better to have a bent arm then a broken part where it mounts to the tractor, so things could be much worse.

Ok, judging from the responses I think I haven't described the problem correctly. The part that is bend is attached to the rockshaft. I'm not sure if it can be straightened, because it looks like is forging. Any ideas, suggestions are welcome. Thanks. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It is fixed /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif. Since my dealer quoted me $283.00 plus tax for new part. I decided to straighten it cold no heat of any kind was applied. I know it is weaker now, being careful with it should be plenty strong to lift any implement that i have. I'm surprised how soft the upper lift arm forging is, it took less that 5000 pound hydraulic press to fix it. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

i bent my top link also on the very end of it, i am sure i did it when i was doing alot of pushing with my box blade, and i guess i did it from pushing from one side instead from the middle of the box blade, or just from pushing real hard. i havent tried to bend it back yet, it looks like it could be a tough chore to straighten.

Wonder what the cost of one for the 6000 would be? I've kind of buggered up the pivot in the end of one of mine. No it's not designed bad or weak. I was bushogging close to the edge of a pond straight up and down. On the down side when I got too close to the big pine tree it rolled back and pinched the hog hard between the tractor and the tree.
