Amen to that! Staying together past the expiration date is very toxic to both parties. Divorce is not the end of the world but a new beginning.

Agreed! If I knew then what I know now I would have called the first one off a whole lot sooner. It's like a boil: the longer it festers the bigger mess it will be when it finally lets go.

Tractrorhouse has the same listed(with 21 hours) for $24,000.So about 80% of new.

I bought this one. They were originally asking $26,000. I saw it had dropped to $24,000 so I called. Got it for $22,500. Had it shipped up here to IL for $800.
