Bought new. First regen at 44.0 hrs and all cleared. Second regen at 49.0 hrs and all cleared. Third and consecutive regens every 15 minutes with multiple codes. Could not get an LS dealer near me to do the warranty because, "You bought it out of the area 11 hours away, so take it to them" Piss poor attitude for sure. Tried to enlist LS corporate to assist and they were :USELESS".
To be clear, I like the tractor better than the 2019 Kubota I had.
Finally located a dealer 2 hours away. Leblanc and Sons near Scott, La.
They took it in with no problem. They worked back and forth with LS Tech to identify the problem. At first LS said it must be the ECU as the tractor runs fine but the final was: It is not the ECU or sensors, the DPF is clogged. Dealer cleaned it ran it and cleared the codes. I picked up and made the 2 hour trip back to my home. Got in the tractor while still on the trailer and started it and SERIOUSLY, it went to regen immediately. Let cycle and offloaded. Within 10 minutes back to regen and throwing codes again! This outrageous for LS tractor to pass on replacing sensors and ECU and leaving the problem to the CUSTOMER! LS tractors are good when they are good and when they are not so good, corporate will work to punt my and your tractor down the road like a rock or tin can. This needs to end now.
Footnote: The Midwest rep did contact me early on and he realized I am out of his territory, he passed my contact info to the area rep for Southeast Texas. Month ago and have not heard a peep from him or corporate, although I contacted corporate and the lady who took my call seemed very concerned at the way it was being mishandled.
The tractor has 60.9 hours on it and 47.0 hours were used by me, the remainder are run up hours for the regen problem.
LS you can do much better, hire me with authority and I can resolve and implement process to maintain warranty integrity. I am a problem fixer for a living and fix problems on MULTI MILLION DOLLAR$$$ Projects.
