2120 (1997) won't turn over

My 2120 won't turn over at all and shows no sign of power to the warning lights when I turn the key even though the battery is fully charged. I have the clutch in and everything in neutral. Worked fine 48 hours ago.
Any ideas?

First thing that comes to mind is the battery terminals could be corroded. Did you take them off and clean them up?

Loose wire on the starter? Can you jump it with another batt.?
