2120 4WD front wheel locked

I've got a Ford 2120 4WD tractor. One of the front wheels is locked/frozen (won't turn). It's cold here in Mass. Any ideas ? Lubricating oil frozen (with water) ? Thanks.

Probably just ice in the wheel casing. There are massive gears in the wheel case with very little clearence. Thaw it out with a heat lamp and drain the oil and get the water out. I'd reuse the oil.
